Casa Rosada is a beach house for which I created the technical drawings to get approval for a major renovation from the city hall. Once the drawings were ready, I developed a renovation proposal for the house's exterior design, using the color pink to give the property its unique personality.

Jardim da Prata is a garden design project for a large plot of sloped land, where a close friend of mine resides at the far end. The house, ramp, and workshop at the front of the property are already in place. What he asked of me for this project was a proposal to transform the center of the plot into his garden. In addition to planter boxes and a staircase, I also proposed a viewing platform to take full advantage of the breathtaking view this space offers, overlooking the entire city and the Serra da Paulista—a stunning collection of magnificent green mountains.
